Radiohead - King of Limbs - 2x10" 45rpm pressing - noisy, half the songs sound odd and the others awesome, not sure why it seems so hard to find a good pressing of this record?

Ben Webster - Soulville - AP 45rpm 200g - just awesome
The cart and table sound very good, the jury is still out on the phono stage
Funny, OK Computer,  while fantastic, is about 6th on my list of fav RH albums

I picked up a Rega RP8 with an Apheta 2 cart. And a Rega Aria phono stage
Thanks, @slaw
Radiohead is my favorite of all time. I loves me some RH and it did seem like a good way to kick off the night.
Bill Evans - Sunday at the Village Vanguard  - AP 200g 45rpm

Beck - Sea Change
@uberwaltz That Communique Mofi 45rpm is staggeringly great,  probably one of my favorites in my collection, they are all great, Love over Gold, S/T, and BIA are all exceptional. Making Movies is very good but sonically the weakest of the 5.

Where do they have the Music From Big Pink for $55? I will get a copy as well
@uberwaltz
I don't have it yet, need to grab it, but if it is anything like the 2019 releases of Dire Straits on Mofi 45rpm it should be exceptional. Those pressings are some of the best in my collection

Yo La Tengo  - Summer Sun  - an incredible pressing  - this sounds phenomenal on my second system and now my second system is becoming my primary.
@slaw  I have many copies but this one is exponentially better than any others that I have heard. It is incredible.

Dire Straits  - Brothers in Arms  - Mofi 45rpm  - Awesome
Dire Straits  - Communique  - Mofi 45rpm  - sooooooooooooooooooo great. Reference material
Dire Straits  - Communique  - Mofi 45rpm  - unbelievable, one of the finest sounding records I have ever heard, magical, 5-star +, incredible sound quality and recording. Stunning.
Hey, folks! Hope everyone is doing well.

@slaw  +1 on Morning Phase,  one of my favorite albums to spin,  production and content masterpiece

Ben Webster  - Soulville  - AP 200g 45rpm  - dear god on these Altecs it is about perfect. Heavenly
Dire Straits  - S/T - Mofi 45rpm,  HOLY SMOKES,  this is other worldly good
Steely Dan  - Aja
Jerry Lee Lewis  - She Even Woke Me Up To Say Goodbye
Chet Baker - Barklay Records  - excellent
Sonny Rollins  - Saxophone Collosus  - AP 200g 33rpm  - ridiculously great
Pink Floyd  - Wish You Were Here  - fairly stellar

@slaw  if you could go ahead and build me that wall setup and ship it to me I would be ever so grateful.
Thanks for the heads up on the Ultrasonic. I think the 6L one I have only has 3 transducers and is one of the reasons I am not overly impressed with its cleaning. I thought about a bigger (10L maybe) as they have more transducers but it looks like yours is a 6L and should do the trick.  I have the same Vinyl Stack as you (I think, mine is the 3 record setup) so I am interested in improvements.
Dave Brubeck  - Time Further Out  - Impex records  - excellent

@slaw that is an awesome setup you have there,  did you build those wall units or have them made? Also, tell me about the new ultrasonic machine?
@slaw  yep, I know you like to pull some all night listening sessions. Hope your furlough doesn't go to long. My company sells software that enables remote workforce so I have been pretty busy lately.
Getting a simple turntable tomorrow for my 2nd system so will likely be doing more vinyl there as I have been fascinated with that system even though it doesn't have a turntable so I am anxious to hear some vinyl on it.
Hey, @slaw , doing well, my friend,  things are good in Austin. No issues,  just not listening to as much vinyl as a shut in should be doing!
How about you?
Sex Pistols  - Never Mind the Bullocks  - Virgin First Pressing  - killer
I hear ya, uber

I have been spending most of my time lately with my second system, which doesn't yet have a table, so I haven't been spinning as much vinyl but has been very enjoyable nonetheless
Charles Mingus  - Ah Um  - new Mofi One Step Ultradisc showed up on my door step today, it is excellent

Now playing  - Bill Evans - Portraits in Jazz  - Mofi one Step- pretty perfect
Donald Fagen  - The Nightfly  - MFSL One Step Ultradisc  - Awesome

Thelonious Monk  - Monk's Dream  - MFSL  - stellar
@tomic601 very nice, I would love to hear a 240 on the Altec Model 19s I have in the system I bought for my father
@tomic601  I picked up a McIntosh MC352 locally today. I wanted to use the balance outputs of my Mc preamp to an amp and this one allowed me to do it as my 7270 only had RCA inputs. I loved my 7270 but the detail and separation of instruments appears to be improved on this MC352
@Tomic  that Bob Marley is a great one, I might just have to follow suit

Beck  - Sea Change  - awesome

First record on a 'new to me' amplifier I picked up today. So far so good but this album sounds awesome on just about anything
Robert Johnson  - King of the Delta Blues Singers

Dave Brubeck  -  Time Further Out  -  Impex records,  awesome
Metallica  - Black Album  - very very impressive on vinyl even with a bit too much compression
Radiohead  - King of Limbs  - great album, vinyl quality is AWFUL, almost unlistenable
Thanks tomic, I have a copy of it on CD that I got for my daughter, she is a big PG fan, I need to get it on vinyl
Sigur Ros  - ( ) - untitled album -
the show in Austin for this album was by far the most incredible live music experience I have ever had, ever. Record SQ is awesome, vinyl could be a bit better
