@sbank +1 for Tom Waits! My favorite from him is typically whichever one I'm listening to at the time. 😁 A lot of bands are like that for me though.

Depeche Mode / Construction time again

Spirit,
I'll check out "Secret Machines". Thanks for the recommendation. Love "Spiritualized" BTW.

Tunng / Good arrows

Getting caught up...

Joel, Congratulations & enjoy that wonderful set!!

Steve, I am also very interested in your opinion of the PODS. Congrats on the purchase!!

French, Frith, Kaiser, Thompson / Live, love, larf, & loaf
Check this one out if you're a Beefheart fan
Steve,
So sorry about your mother's current health situation. Hang in there buddy.

Oneida / Each on teach one
Mountain Goats / Life of the world to come
This is a great band. I believe Steve (Slaw) has mentioned them here before

@sbank How is the sound quality of "Grateful Dead – Olympia Theatre, Paris, France (5/3/72) (Rhino 5LPs)"?

Bardo Pond / Dilate

This is sounding absolutely incredible tonight. Not sure why but I'll take it!

Joel, Great news, enjoy it!

Brian Eno / Music for installations

Just picked up from LRS. Ouch... Spent the kind of money that Jim (tomic) & Brian (bkeske) spend 😁

Congratulations j_husker! I'm sure you'll enjoy them

LOL Brian & Jim

Joel, Thanks for the matches

+1 Brian. They are unique. Their music grew on me pretty fast in the early 2000's and are (still) one of my favorite bands to this day.

Blues Control / Valley tangents

Brian (bkeske), Glad you're enjoying the Pere Ubu album. BTW, your "Tiger Rose" album cover looks almost as beat up as mine 🤙. I really like that album from Robert.

Brian Eno / Music For Installations (Finishing this up from last night. It is a massive 9 album box set)

Jim,
Sorry to hear about your accident. Glad the healing is going well though!!!

The Glands / Double thriller
Fire! / Without noticing
This band is heavy on percussion & saxophone. Interesting music IMO
