@loomisjohnson…it’s good to see you checking in.

Kiln House gets regular playing time here but Bare Trees and Future Games are also my favorite Fleetwood Mac albums. Danny Kirwan wrote and sang some fine songs on those too, but Christine McVie did also (Morning Rain, Spare Me A Little Of Your Love) and continued to do so on later stuff (after Kirwan left), which kept me hanging on as a fan. I lost interest in the band after Rumours, which is the last LP of theirs that I own. I could never get into their early work with Peter Green.

@bdp24 I did see both bands, maybe why I have second LPs by both of them? Ha! Just great power pop, like you said. Plenty of Power Pop/New Wave bands played PDX back in the day. Cheap shows, small venues. Valhalla.

I was so close to the low stage at a Motels show, I think I could’ve hugged Martha Davis. Sigh.

@dayglow I agree with you on Night Owl. It wasn’t as popular as Baker Street but I think it’s just as good. Great SQ too.
