Was out of town with my wife for a few days. Didn't realize how much I missed vinyl until just now. The system sounds incredible tonight with this Califone album. Highly recommended although it might just be my mood right now 😃

spirit, Clem is not very easy to find on vinyl right now. May change again in the future. I was able to pick up three on theirs on vinyl (Hungry Bird, Ghost of fashion, & Your favorite music), but that is it. The one you're streaming I haven't heard before. Is it as good as there others? |

Reubent, That is also one of my favorite songs from the album. He sings it with so much passion. I've never seen him live but would love too. |

Thurston Moore / Straight through |
Thanks for the information Slaw. I trust your opinion & will see about getting a copy.
FWIW, I also know you like tortured artists as much as I (LOL)... That stated, check out the "Castanets, Cathedral" album. Not sure if it's online or not, but I would suggest listening before laying any money down. I'm a fan of that band. Most of their albums (especially that one) are very well recorded. |
Anytime Slaw :-)
Ween / Pure Guava |
|
Radiohead / Heart shaped pool |
Slaw, Like most every radiohead album, I don't like it much on first listen, but after a couple times it grows on you to the point where it is great. There is really nothing like them.
Same with this one (although it's a Thome album). It's actually a beautiful album.
