That is a bummer uber. BTW, what did you replace your AT20Sla with? Everything I've read about that cart has been good.
Got a hankerin’ for some "Uglysuit’s" so I’m going to the dark side (CD’s) for a while again.
Briarwood is a good album Slaw

Thanks for the suggestion Noromance

Grant Lee Buffalo / Mighty Joe moon
Wooden Wand & Vanishing Voice / XIAO
(Note that "Vanishing Voice" is definitely different & was given the creative front on this album. That stated, this isn't like other Wooden Wand albums)
So I spent the day in my little machine shop modifying my tripod tonearm stand. Made it more robust, added some delrin, brass, & ceramic. Liking the improvement & now I have VTA on the fly regardless of the arm I choose. What a hobby.
Thanks uber

Puffball,
I'm also a fan of Pere Ubu. If you get a chance to hear "Pennsylvania" from them, I think you'll like it. I don't have nearly everything from Pere Ubu, but that one is a stand out.

Larkin Grimm
That is one I've never heard of uber. Did you pick it up in Virginia?

Swans / The glowing man
uber,
Seatrain sounds right up my alley... I checked on pricing. Seems you have a collectors item there buddy ($21.00 at secondspin for a used cd). No vinyl, looks like I’ll have to keep looking LOL

Porcelain Raft / Strange weekend
Happy birthday Slaw. Good to hear you're wrapping up the wall mount system

Godspeed You Black Emperor / Slow riot
You’re welcome tomic. I like there Irish folk style

Rolling Stones / Exile on main street

Phish / Fuego

Mammothguy,

LOL, My hair is almost identical to that now... just a little thinner on top. My wife likes it (or at least tolerates it).

It's Immaterial / Life's hard & then you die

I went to my local record store last week & they didn't have it. Did buy Lambchop & Wilco's latest though, so they had 2 of the 3 on my list. Haven't heard of Federale. What would you compare it to?

Kansas was HUGE (in the mid-west) back in the day.
