@uberwaltz - Let us know what you think of the RUSH documentary. I think you are going to like it.....
Deodato - "2001"

Funky mix of Jazz rock fusion covering the classical piece by Richard Strauss - "Also Sprach Zarathustra" (Movie Theme from 2001 - A Space Odyssey)

Emir Deodato, Ron Carter, Stanley Clarke, Billy Cobham and many more jazz/fusion players...
Bill Withers - "Still Bill"

Just back from the record store. First play of this recent Music on Vinyl re-release. Very nice!
Willie Nelson - "Always on my Mind"

So good! I'm shopping for a better copy........
@tomic601 - Yep, "Acid Tongue" is really good. I had never heard it in it's entirety. It hold up pretty well as a whole.
@slaw

Hey Steve, thanks for the info on the Vibrato. Looks interesting. Also, I had never heard "Crazy Mary" by Big Head Todd. Good tune.

How about this one:  "Secret Mission" from the album - Riviera . A bit more of a rocker.

@slaw  - Too bad Big Head Todd and the Monsters -"Sister Sweetly" was not released on vinyl. It is a fantastic album IMHO.
Ordered a new - NM first edition (hopefully) of Willie Nelson's - "Always on my Mind" based on my listening session last night. This copy I have was found in the $1 bin (on sale for 15 cents) and was in the wrong cover. It's in pretty bad shape, but I could get a feel for the sound. The SQ is awesome and I love Willie's style of delivery. Can't wait to spin a quality copy....
I know the song "Crazy Mary" written by Victoria Williams and more famously covered by Pearl Jam. Is that the one? BTW, I love the Pearl Jam cover as recorded on the Sweet Relief album...
@slaw  - Question for you: Can you clean your records and listen at the same time? I've heard that ultrasonic cleaners are very loud and cannot be used near the listening area due to excessive noise. Just curious, as I may investigate an ultrasonic cleaner, however it would need to be in/near my listening area. Not sure it would work for me.
@slaw  - I have been fading from vinyl listening a bit. Busy with work, family life and cycling. Trying to ride 2000 miles this summer. Haven't done that in many years. Plus, I've already been through my entire collection over the winter during "the big cull". Got to get some new records......
@tomic601  - You on a culling binge? Honestly, I really enjoyed mine. Listened to hundreds of records that otherwise would have been untouched. Found some gems, got rid of a couple hundred, and have a much nicer looking listening room for the effort. Piles be gone........
Neil Diamond - "Heartlight"

From the bargain stash. Probably going into the trade pile.
Steve, You know I love me some Rare Earth! I love the studio albums and that live album is really great. Love the Backpack.....
