I am currently using a Zu Birth. I noticed a significantly lowered noise floor/detailing. It cost me 45 dollars on ebay. I noticed no big difference video-wise, but I probably wasn't looking for it. I run all my equipment through Furman UPSs, which has the side effect of cleaning the power up.
