What type of RGB cable do I use?

My satellite receiver and monitor both have 15 pin D sub connections in addition to DVI connections. Both owners manuals call them RGB analog output and input. I want to try this type of connection. When looking for a D sub cable, I noticed there are several different types of this 15 pin cable. Some have 3 mini coax cables inside. Some have 5 mini coax cables insde. Some have both coax cables and 1,2 or 3 twisted pairs inside. What type of 15 pin D sub cable do I use for this type of video connection?
