What to do?

Hello everyone - My digital system consists of a Google wireless Wi-Fie range extender in the stereo room. The signal is then connected to a Bryston BDP-3 music player through which I stream music from Qobuz. The signal then goes to my DAC which is in my McIntosh integrated.

I just bought a significantly (I hope!) better Ethernet cable. My original thought was to use the better cable from the Google Wi-Fi source to the Bryston. But I’m starting to wonder if I should, instead, run it from the Brysto to the DAC?

Any thoughts?

I really don’t want to start another war about whether digital cables can or do make a difference.  I would appreciate responses from those who do hear a difference in digital cables.

Thanks!

I am with the other guys.  The BDP-3 has one ethernet port for you network traffic coming in. 2 digital outputs for for traffic to DAC.

So your only option is from extender  to BDP, I do believe.

You’re right, of course.  It’s been a long time since I hooked everything up.

Thank you for clearing my head. (On my own stuff!)
