So many to choose from. I would agree wholeheartedly to let the listener control the music, as the best way to really appreciate a system is to listen to familiar music.
That being said, I do have a few favorites that I pretty much default to:

- Anything off “Greensleeves” by Shoji Yokoushi Trio
- Herb Alpert & Hugh Masekela - Kalahari Nights
