Dear Fromunda: That Ortofon, because only Ortofon states all that cartridge information ( no other manufacturer did/do it. ) IMHO could works well ( agree with you. ) between 69-100 ohms but you have to check 220 ohms too.

Now, to load an LOMC depends on the phono stage design and how cartridge and load react and that's why you have to test several loads for the cartridge. Take in count that as lower the load as lower output too, so when you will testing with different loads you need try to even SPL on your phonolinepreamp because our ears are very sensible to tiny changes in SPL and normaly likes sound with higher SPL: take care on this subject.
