What is the best connection between a Fiio e17k amp/dac, and my LG Stylo 3 Plus

Hello,

       I am wondering what would be the best connection going from a Fiio e17k to an Lg Stylo 3 Plus cellphone to be able to use the amp and dac of the Fiio device simultanously while streaming music on my Android phone? Ive been looking at different disscusions concerning this matter,and some say to use usb otg cables.but with a usb adapter.Another recommended to disable charging mode in settings of the e17k.Can anyone possibly guide me in the optimal procedure I should take in cabling these two devices for best overall perfomance?
