Checkout Wireworld cables.....as far as I know MBL utilizes the same internally and themselves recommend Wireworld cables.
Another option would be the Cardas Golden Reference range of cables. I'm using Rowland Concentra II/Rowland 201 to drive my MBL 111B and use Cardas Golden Ref's IC throughout.
