What formats does the Yggdrasil DAC support?

I just ordered the Yggdrasil DAC. It won't actually ship until early October.
I'm wondering what formats it supports.
I know it doesn't support DSL, but does it support SACD?

All PCM formats are supported. (No SACD or DSD).

But I am curious about one thing: since I got the Gen 5 update the Yggy no longer plays 24-bit .wav or .aiff files from an Aurender N100H. Both companies point the finger at each other so I converted all my wav files to uncompressed flac via dBPoweramp.

Curious to see if your unit plays 24-bit uncompressed or if anyone else experienced the same.

The Yggy with the Gen 3 plays everything. After the 5 card was installed it did not play 24-bit wav or aiff. It does play all flac files and 16-bit .wav and .aiff.

The Aurender reads and plays the 24-bit wave and aiff but for some reason the Yggy does not recognize the bitstream data to release the muting relays. Schiit claims the USB input has no effect on what file format to play since it converts everything to PCM before sending to the DAC. The techs at Aurender see the files playing normally through their network interface; and why not? since everything worked normally with the Gen 3 card.

I am keeping the Gen 5 in place because it is an overall improvement over the Gen 3, especially on 44.1 redbook. Since I can convert wave to uncompressed flac with dBpoweramp, I'm okay with it. If I couldn't do that conversion I would have sent back the Gen 5 card and kept the Gen 3. I definitely hear a difference with hi-rez compressed vs. uncompressed even though I fully understand both are bitstream perfect. The compressed files at 48/96/192 induce a bit of listening fatigue whereas the 44.1/88.2/176.4 do not.
