What cable companies make the best cables and sell them directly?

Thank you to all who have responded.  I had no idea there were so many cable companies that could fulfill my needs.  I will follow up on every suggestion and make up my mind based on the information contained on the cable company's website and your suggestions and advice.

I am enclosing the updated spreadsheet reflecting the additions to the suggested Direct Cable Company list.  It includes the added information up to this date, 7/31/2022.  I will follow up with the new submissions as needed.

I especially would like any who read this list to please add your cable agreements. Just a short note  “+1 Company XYZ”  if you enjoy what you are using that is on this list.  It would be most helpful to all.
