As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares. We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media. I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations. I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.
Alice Coltrane - Kirtan: Turiya Sings, Qobuz Hi-Res.
These are some "found" (by her son Ravi) recordings of her chanting in Sanksrit accompanied by her Wurlitzer organ, which on the surface, doesn't sound like a fun time, but her voice and the organ are very soothing and I found it a very enjoyable listen.
Dee Gees (Foo Fighters) - Hail Satin, Qobuz. I'm not really a Foo Fighters fan, and thought I wouldn't care for a Bee Gees tribute, but they actually did a very good and respectful homage to the Bee Gees. Unfortunately, there are some Foo Fighters songs at the end, which don't hold up to the Bee Gees songs, not to mention the stark contrast it creates.
