What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

Another week away but will be streaming tunes later.
This morning was Qobuz 90,s alt rock mix channel.
Not bad at all
I only got about half way through it and realized I must have out grown Whitesnake.
Lol.
Might try it again sometime.....
So did I Greg, which is why I played it as soon as I saw it but for whatever reason it just did not move me?
Mood?
Who knows??😎😎
Sorry to hear that 16f4
Hope everybody is ok and you can get all repairs done safely and quickly to the house.
Good luck and see you when you are back!
Freediver.
Thank you, that is good to know.
Have been a Pandora user for years.
Time to fire it up again tonight.
Reubent.
Oh well that makes all the difference...lmao.
My heart bleeds for you for the extra cost....lol
Is it not wonderfull that we can still score deals like that on media even in todays age.

Enjoy!
Great choice Greg.

Really enjoying the SQ of Qobuz after changing from Tidal.

They just need expand their rock catalogue a little more and I will be very happy.
Had to share as I thought this funny.
Ripping some cds I just bought at thrift shop using JRiver.

One was Seventh Sign by Yngwie Malmsteen.

Jriver described the genre as "Neoclassical Power Metal-Shred"

Say what?

Love it!
Greg

That is why I have that as #3 on my list of Rush albums, somehow it just hits my groove and gets right down to it for myself.

Glad you are enjoying it as well.
Greg
I think that is an excellent summary and probably the reason I was hooked.
As I said I could not quite put my finger on it but it is usually the first Rush CD I will pick up and play.

Very well produced as well, unlike some earlier efforts.
Not heard Ruth Moody but will give her a whirl tonight at the hotel.

On my laptop of course!

if you peruse the "reel to reel" current thread you will find that recording on tape is a pretty hot subject there.
My own experiments on recording at 7.5ips direct from Qobuz hires streaming are interesting, more body and warmth but with some slight loss of high end detail. Certainly useful for taming any excessively bright music!

Just where are you finding these blues bands?
Just by streaming searches or?
N80.

Sorry to hear Uncle Sam has taken more than his pound of flesh!

I was fortunate I guess, our corporate policy is that NOBODY can change our deductions beside the employee, not even the IRS!

I was not impressed by Amazon ( the wife got it free with Prime). Not by its layout or the selection. They would have to improve it considerably for me to look at as a serious Qobuz replacement.
No Dice .... Badfinger.

Interesting that these guys were about the only successful rock band signed to the Beatles Apple label
Seems you are seeing all the same new releases on Qobuz that I do Greg.

I added that to my favourite for later play.

Right now.

Absolute Garbage.
I gave all of my Stones tapes and albums away for the reasons noted by Greg and 16f4, poor sq.
Plus I do not really like the Stones anyway so not expecting too much from the Qobuz hires streams in all honesty.
