What are the smallest speakers that are clean and flat down to 20hz?

Also what bass driver or drivers do they use?

Most subs will create air turbulence 18-28hz but nothing audible. Vienna beethoven go down pretty low. 25-26hz of very audible bass. I actually sold the sub after I got vienna beethovens.
