I had an older table on the Moon which didn't cause me to do this with the volume.Could be a gravity problem with the new table. :-)
Agree with Peter, change the jumpers on the phone board to MC. Look at his link to the manual.
What Am I Missing
I have just received a VPI Prime table. I have an Ortofon Cadenza Bronze on the arm. In order for me to get average volume I have to turn the Moon Integrated 3.3 amp up to almost 80% of it's dial capacity.
