Wharfedale Elysian?

Did anyone go to Munich and hear these?  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRkIBc7uAVk

They are supposed to hit the market in August--from what I can tell.

The Wharfedale Linton Heritage gets me 90% to Harbeth/Spendor classic sound.  What do these sound like?

I’m interested, as I’ve been kicking around the $10k price point:

Used Focal Sopra 2, Dynaudio Contour 60, Revel F228Be, used Revel Studio 2, Paradigm Persona 3F, Salk SS 9.5, used Monitor Audio PL 300 II, used Wilson Sophia 3.I’m currently leaning towards Dynaudio Contour 60, having heard them last year at an audio show, liking their tonal balance, and due to now seeing used sets in the $6k price range. Some of the above models are just so "in your face" when playing any manner of bright recordings, of which there are a lot. The Contour 60 seems like it might be easier to listen to for extended periods.

This Elysian 4, imo, really channels some Legacy Audio models in appearance and design.

Now, Wharfedale also recently launched their new EVO series at RMAF, and a number of those who heard them were quite impressed with them at their price point.

Music Direct is advertising a "risk-free" home trial of the Elysian 4, so that is very tempting.

With a height of 70 cm, the Elysian 2 is located between standmount and floorstanding speaker, while the 120 cm high Elysian 4 is a full-grown "floorstander". Both models work with the specially developed Air Motion Transformer in the high-frequency range UPSers Login

I just ordered a pair of the Elysian 2’s. Should be here in a week. These will take the place of a pair of Focal Sopra 2’s.
