Well Tempered Arm VTA Adjustment

So I did download the manual at the Vinyl Engine site. There are no diagrams for it, just a written manual. 

It states to loosen the VTA lock and then adjust by loosening the VTA lock slightly and then turning the set screw in the top of the arm post. 

All I see is a hex screw in the rear of the two bars that form the hanger at the top of the arm which hold the carriers for the filament and the azimuth adjustment wheel. 

Exactly how do you adjust VTA on the top Well Tempered arm. On a WTRP I had there was a standard grub screw in the side of the plinth that locked the pillar in place for the tone arm. There does not appear to be one on this version.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
