Wanted UltraAnalog DAC 003 Chip

Hi, need help to find the Ultra Analog Digital-Analogue Chip 003 found in the heart of my Langevin 20 Bit DA Converter. My technician suspects the chip is faulty and needs to be changed.Thanks
