Walker High definition Link II/polarity hook up

This is sort of a twisted around question but I need help. I have Magnepan speakers with outboard crossovers and my pre amp is the AI Modulus M3A. With this pre amp you reverse the polarity of the cables at the speakers. I just bought the Walker Hi Def 2 links and I'm not sure how them hook them up with this set up. Should I follow the polarity of the speaker cables and reverse these also or the polarity on the crossovers and go + to + and - to -. I'm thinking follow the speaker cables and reverse it but I'm not quite sure.
