wadia 6 and 21

I have a wadia 6 and my dealer in Paris France has several wadia 21s with mechanism problem due to broken teeth on laser led gear. The problem i have on my wadia 6 is similar but its the gear for the open/close mecanism. These parts that were produce by teac are impossible to find , apparently. I'm not a technician at all but i would reall love my 6 to last a little longer....

Help is appreciated for both the 21 and 6.
