Wadia 20 Transport

hello

i have top cover off but does anyone know how to get to the bottom belts? it has the  Teac VRDS CMK-3.2 transport which is overhead.
.there all lots of screws and i don't want to take apart the wrong thing.

the drawer wont open and i hear a grinding sound.

You’ve got a stripped gear, look for it and match it to one of these
