VTL S200 vs VAC 200iq stereo amp.

I am looking for a used tube amp that is going to give me a deeper, warmer and more holographic sound stage than solid state of 250 watts per channel. My current solid state is very good but not great. Seems my ears are always drawn to tubes.

I have spoken about the VTL before which I've heard and loved but dealing with them is not fun if not purchased new.  But I miss its rich warm powerful sound. For those who have heard both Is the VAC component comparable?
