VTL Amp Issue - Repair?

I have a  ST-150 with a bias issue.  One of the pots is reading negative 10... Swapped tubes and still the same reading, so it apparently is not a bad tube.  Any suggestions on where I can ship this to be repaired - preferably in the midwest (Omaha/Des Moines etc.) area?
