VTF setting, before or After setting anti-skate?

Hello,

Just curious what, if any consensus on measuring anti-skate there might be. My logic is guiding me towards measuring before setting A-S. Any thoughts from the Vinyl Inteligencia?

I set my VTF after mounting and wiring the cartridge/before
alignment. Then check again after every other
setting(VTA/SRA, azimuth, anti-skate, etc). VTA(especially)
can alter your VTF.
