VPI VMW-9 Arm: Signature versus Memorial?

Can anyone explain the key differences between the Signature & Memorial versions of the VPI VMW-9 tonearm?

I can find info. on the Signature (from the VPI site among others) but little info. on the specs of the "Memorial" - is that just another name for the standard VMW-9?

There is a comparison at this web site that has photos of both arms, you will need to translate it from Japanese but you will get the idea.
