VPI Cyclone, causing pop in speakers

Hello,

Not sure this fits here so please advise but I am having this issue with my Cyclone. When I either engage the platter to spin or the vacuum, I get a pop in my speakers.Maybe it is not an issue but I run all tubes and I am a bit concerned that this could be a potential issue.

I've tried moving the location and it doesn't help. I've also tried a conditioner and it didn't help either.

Any ideas? I plan on a main line to the system soon so maybe that wold help?

Do you think this could cause an issue to my equipment?

Thanks

Your speakers could be damaged and you are right to worry about it.  It probably is a bad power switch on the Cyclone.  Contact VPI to see what they say.  Or contact a local electrician to see what can be done to isolate and buffer the circuit that the RCM is plugged into from the rest of the house.
