Visonic NA-4300 Possible HH Scott Amp

I have a solid state amp purchased around 1980. The Brand and Model show Visonic NA-4300. I have not been able to find any information on it. The VU meters have that little HH Scott logo in them so I'm thinking it's Visonic branding with HH Scott insides, anyone have any ideas?
