Vincent S4 cd player vs Mcintosh MCT450+C2600 pre-amp

Anybody has an idea if the combination of McIntosh transport MCT450+ the built in DAC of a C2600 McIntosh pre-amp could give better sound quality vs. analogue (unbalanced) output of a Vincent S4 CD player feed into the same C2600 McIntosh pre-amp?
