Versa 2.3 Control Box. Dead

Did a little testing with the multimeter on the control box.
There is some kind of filter on the dc output which is the input to the motor. The input to the filter measures 0.5v and the output measures 0v (???)
Does this sound right?

Could it be that the turntable motor itself is dead?

Opened the control box and cleaned connections. No change.
