Various artists share their Bob Dylan anecdotes with Otis Gibbs.


 

I’ve been reading Pledging My Time: Conversations With Bob Dylan Band Members---a great new-ish book by Ray Padgett---for awhile now, and am currently on the next to the last chapter.

This is a video in which YouTube content provider Otis Gibbs listens to many of the artists in the book (as well as Padgett himself) share their anecdotes about Dylan, often of a comical nature (my favorite segment so far is that of Peter Case). If that sounds interesting, give it a watch and listen. Warning: The video is two hours long, so grab a beer or coffee (it’s morning, so I’m alternating between sips of coffee and a Bloody Mary) on your way to the couch (I’m watching it on TV) or computer.
