VansEvers Super Companion II Oulet Input Help

I am looking for the outlet layout for VansEvers Super Companion II line conditioner. I have lost my manual and none of the outlets are labeled. I thought the 1st two outlets were for amp, 2nd two were for analog, and the last 4 were for digital but I am not sure. The website is no longer up and VansEvers listed tele is disconnected.
