Usher R 1.5, Can This Amp Be For Real?

I stumbled across this amp. It has to be the bargain of the century. $4000 gets you a 150 watt/ch Class A amplifier which you can strap. It is made in Taiwan but so are my Parasound JC 1's which are very nicely made. There is one on sale here for 20% off. Anybody have any experience with this amp??

they have survived 42 years, are they profitable now, pandemic making them shakey? I have no idea.

I will say, my Cayin Tube Amp, AT88T, made in China, is extremely well built, inside and out (they say designed in Germany, made in China).

many good used ones still around?
