use of sonos with various systems

I use Sonos throughout the home and have a Sonos Port connected to one of my systems to an Anthem receiver...I use it so that I can play various tunes, rtc, thru this system and its REVEL speakers.

I recently added a dedicated 2 channel system using an Anthem Integrated Amp and Streamer...if I want to incorporate this new system into the Sonos throughout my  home would a new Port connected to the Anthem be required/
