USB with Oppo bop 93

So I use an Oppo 93 for a transport to my NAD M51 DAC. 
When I use hi rez files on cd everything is fine.
But when I use a USB, every now and then the music stutters.

is this a known issue and is there a fix?  I can’t seem to find anything about this.
