Logically, the answer is that any USB cable in should yield the same results I2s out. Ask the manufacturer of your DDC.
USB cable quality connected to a DDC?
If you’re using a DDC to convert USB to AES/i2S etc, do you still need a higher end USB cable going in to the DDC? If so, why? Isn’t that what a good DDC is for?
