UPS CVCF MODE

i been using cvcf mode on ups 240V 60HZ even though in my country is 50hz its AMAZING but the problem the ups battery cause huge emi so i was wondering can i use this isolator https://www.tripplite.com/dual-voltage-transformer-medical-grade-isolation-115-230v-1800w-8-outlets~... with 240V 60hz cvcf mode ? or niagara 1200 ? i want reduce emi from the ups battery :) thankss
