Upgrading a Bel Canto Dac1.0??

I have a Bel Canto Dac 1.0 and I found out that I can upgrade the 1.0 to a 1.1 config for about $150 and to a 2.0 config for about $600? I was thinking of at least upgrading it to a 1.1 as I already like the Dac as it is. The 1.1 upgrade I believe is a power source upgrade which should be beneficial.

Any comments? Is it worth the upgrade or is the upgrade so minimal that I might as well stay put where I am.

I would skip the upgrade to version 1.1, really pretty minor sound change. Just go for Dac 2 which is really whole new 24/192 design and is noticeable improvement overall.

Also I would just look to buy used Dac 2 for not much more than cost/hassle of upgrading Dac 1 --> Dac 2

I am running Dac 2 currently in system one and Dac 1.1 in system 2.
