upgrade from studio 60 v4 to 100 v5

Hi, I have a chance on moving up to the 100 v5 from the 60 v4. I use a Onkyo tx nr1010 as the pre amp, Emotiva XPR 5 amp, and a ultracube 10 for the sub, and 570 v3 center, and some energy xl-100 for rears. Would I notice any significant improvement in sound by moving up? Watching movies everything sounds ok, but music, the 60's seem to lack any punch. When I was at the local hifi store I listened to the 100 v5 and 60 v5 and the overall soundstage went to the 100's, but hard to compare to my 60 v4. Any thoughts? Maybe the Onkyo is the weak link?
