It’s not just paranoia, it’s very buggy software. Today I had another horrible experience on my second sale, which may be my last one (after my first sale didn’t go very smoothly either, to put it euphemistically). Got the false positive error "description contains contact information", preventing me from adding the listing to the cart. There was absolutely no contact information in the description, so in order to continue I had to reduce the description to one short sentence, which will probably generate a lot of questions if not complaints from interested buyers accusing me of giving incomplete, very limited information. What a pain. In addition, when I tried to add the monthly coupon at checkout, it did not take off 20% from the total. Maybe there is an undisclosed limitation to this "feature" too.
And last but not least, I clicked on the Help button to get information or resolution for the false positive contact information error message. I entered a description of the problem, I click on Send, and lo and behold, I get the error message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later. " Nice, another 15 minutes wasted because of error upon error.
