Heard them at RMAF this year. They sounded great in comparison to the other Kanto speakers in the room. Very open and clear with pretty good range. They are quite feature rich. Would definitely be my short list for a bedroom system.
Tuk Speakers
Anyone heard?

They have received some praise and are a nice price.
Looking for a small pair of active white speakers for a very small room. Considering KEF wireless, Acoustic Energy AE1 also. If anyone has some suggestions please jump in. Max budget is ~$1500 used or new. Thanks for your time.

Heard them at a show and they were very impressive for their size really good bass overall really good sounding powered speakers. The KEF LSX are better but if you're willing to spend that much you should be able to grab a pair of KEF LS50 wireless on clearance. They have been selling at $2000 CAD which should put you under your budget in USD no problem. The LS50 seem to be picky about amplification so the active version sorts that out for you for still fairly reasonable dollars. |
