Tube Rolling EAR 890

Hello, has anyone used the Gold Lion KT88's on their EAR 890's? Also, do you have a recommendation as to a good source of these tubes? If you have experience with the KT90's or 6550WC's in your 890, please share as well.

jtcf Details Discussions Posts This discussion Message User 1,594 posts 11-28-2013 at 12:15am Copy Comment URL Report Comment Edit Delete No experience with the EAR.I do like the Gold Lion tubes though.Great bass,beautiful mids,highs rolled off just a little.They seem to provide that sound consistently in many different components(I have read about)The Tube Store,MusicDirect, or Jim McShane are excellent sources for tubes.Hope that helps.
