Tube Restomods

I have two vintage integrated tube amplifiers in the attic, and am looking to bring them out of retirement. One is a Harman Kardon Trio A-224 and the other is a Stromberg Carlson ASR-433.

Can anyone recommend a good technician in the Atlanta metropolitan area? Without spending a ton of money, I would like to get these units up and running again; possibly making some logical upgrades/mods in the process.
