Triad Gold Powersub 15"

I'm looking on my local Craigslist at a Triad Gold Powersub 15" for $200. One of the more appealing aspects is the external 250w rms amp that has not only adjustable crossover but variable phase as well.  I welcome any thoughts and opinions! Thanks!
