I am presently using an Arcam FMJ-23T as a transport to feed my Dodson DAC-263. What transport in the 1000-2000 range would be an upgrade from the Arcam?
I'm thinking that your arcam uses a very highly rated sony drive. It might be hard to hear an improvement with any replacement (beware, this is a biased opinion as I'm of the bits-iz-bits persuasion).
