I like the old XL better than the MM version. XL has more texture, more detail. MM homogenizes the sound, more "hi-fi", if you will. But I presume it may be system dependent. Try out both, if you can, and trust your ears (and your ears only!).
Transparent musiclink plus w/MM or XL
I have a pair of the musiclink plus w/XL tec in my system and I'm looking at going all musiclink plus in the system. I was curious what is going to be the biggest difference between the MM tec and the XL tec? Should I just stick with the XL only, or go XL & MM? Thanks
