Topping DAC

I  want to acknowledge the incredible customer service of Topping. I ran into a situation where my new DX7S was shipped to our home- which due to Covid I was unfortunately away from for 7 months. When I finally opened the box the remote was missing. I sent them a note, included pictures, and even with all the time that had passed since original purchase they shipped me a remote. Excellent DAC; even better customer care. Topping gets a big thanks from me.
